A chance for people to find connection amongst the calamity of founder life. To walk the journey with others, and have people get what you're going through.
A Swedish folk story about holding the line with what you have to hand.
Blenda is a figure from Swedish folklore. The story goes that while the men of Småland were away fighting in Norway, a Danish army saw the region undefended and marched in.
Blenda wasn't a soldier, and she had no army. What she had was her neighbours. She rallied the women of five districts, met the invaders on their own ground and, using nothing but what they had to hand, drove them out.
When we started Blenda, that story kept coming back to us. The earliest stage of building a company looks a lot like Småland left undefended. Investors are waiting for proof, advisers don't know you exist yet, and other founders are busy guarding their own village.
The answer isn't waiting for reinforcements. It's bringing the villages together: founders in the same trenches, operators who've made the mistakes already, and investors willing to show up early.
So that's what we built. A community where you show up with what you've got, back the people beside you, and know that you're not holding the line on your own.
Nobody holds the line alone. That's the whole idea.

Something worth exploring.

Clarity and confidence. Market testing, research, finding your ICP, readying GTM and launch.

The first one, then the first ten. Sharpening the problem and the opportunity.
04
Proof that what you're building is valued and wanted.
We believe founders get there faster when they lean into each other. The right people at the right time will take you further than AI and yourself alone.
Our mission
Keeping entrepreneurship and innovation human-led.
More founders who stay brave long enough to reach the market.
Small on purpose. Every person here takes founder calls themselves, there's no account manager layer.
What we deliberately don't do says more than a values list would.
No conflicts
Nothing we earn depends on which way you go. That's what frees us to say the hard thing about selling, shutting down or starting again.
No cohorts
Your problems don't run to a twelve-week calendar. You start when you start, and you stop when it stops helping.
No graduation
Nobody ages out of the room. Plenty of the operators in it were founders in it first — that's the intended lifecycle.
No hard sell
Nobody here is on commission. If the honest answer is “not us, not yet, or not at all”, that's the answer you'll get.
